While looking for investments, we have found a small mini-storage (self-storage) facility for sale, but it is over 2 hours away.

The lease reads: "Services: Water, Electricity, Heating Oil (up to 1,100 gallons), internet."

Does anyone out there purchase pharmaceutical/lab facilities? 

I have brokered a few of these and see what they look like after they are all renters.. yards are junk .. junk cars every were oil patchs park on the lawn.. you get all the same stuff..  

My goals are to:- Complete my first deal before the end of 2018- Take @Brandon Turner surfing here in NJ- Use stack method to grow my portfolio- Own one storage facility in my lifetimeI’m looking to make friends and partnerships here.

However, if the facility has already done the evaluation and the person is considered incapacitated, an heir or relative getting the paperwork from the facility should speed things up. 

Hi fellow BP: Any recommendation/contact for Houston local/regional banks to finance a self storage facility purchase?

There will always be a demand by nurses for housing close to that hospital or facility. 

It’s alot of coordination between my contractor (when and how many will be available and where to store them) and the charity facility who comes to pick up.
