Maybe because I'm new  and I don't really understand the concept of having a "personal relationship" between lender and borrower yet.

That kind of appreciation is wonderful for long term hold investors but it's having a negative effect on investors entering the market.

Hi - just starting to get into the BRRRR deal concept - here is an example of a deal that I am getting.I am considering doing a flip vs buy and hold. 

Just remember: most negative reviews are written by problematic tenants.

Overall the concept of Self Storage is fairly simple & straightforward nationwide, but the specifics do indeed differ state to state.But also, please peruse the current lease the Seller is using - at least you'll know what they've agreed to with the current tenants and vice versa. 

The old 'heads-in-beds' concept does not always make financial sense.

I'd say, if you aren't too far in the negative with the property's expenses and you are able to see growth in the area's future, then go for it and don't get discouraged if you face difficulties in the beginning.

Too much of a negative cash flow to hold on to it.Good Investing...
