So yes, when supply is taken off the market with collectible cars, they will appreciate in value for the small subset of collectors.It doesn’t take a whole lot of folks to give in in order to cause a drop in real estate values, and once momentum swings (it already has) that is a difficult force to swing back unless interest rates go back down.

The momentum had begun building and it only grew from there!

The important thing is to establish some (hopefully positive) reviews and momentum during the first months of your listing.

It also creates some momentum, which is important in this business. 

I need to get some momentum going.

They generally won't have the very low down payment options like an FHA loan would, but they can keep your momentum going. 

And yes, like said above, get some momentum and progress with your debt pay down first before you buy the next property.  

Momentum has shifted fast and hard.

What is important is learning as much as you can, accepting that you can only know so much going into an opportunity, fire and take action, and then course correct as you go and keep the momentum moving forward… You will get kicked around a bit and learn lessons and pay your tuition, it’s part of the game!

I’m currently doing this strategy.Just an option/idea but continue consulting with others and go with whatever is going to provide momentum.
