Hello I will be moving to Rocky Mount NC next month.

Location would be Mount Vernon or Columbus area.

Started with doorbell camera but decided we like the mounted version better.

Mount them up high , on the roof if possible 

As jobs disappear and unemployment claims mount, it begs the question: What will happen to tenants and landlords when the moratorium lifts?

Entire motor needed to be replaced. 

The prices in Raleigh NC have gotten too extreme to get good cashflow, so landlords are moving out to secondary markets, Rocky Mount, Henderson, Clayton, to name a few.

Unfortunately, its an older building so there were not outlets for plug-in units and a masonry structure so installing ventilation fans was not conducive either.Our solution was mounting "TimeMist" dispensers on each floor. 

what are my rights to my properties when a new owner takes over the property I have cars and tools and motor homes i never got any notice from the court as to when I need to remove my property now the cops say I'm trespassing and I can't get it nothing has gone through the courts as far as I know all my cars are registered to me
