I can't find legislation on that.Now: I wanted to hire someone, but it's not easy to find someone willing to travel every time it snows, only to do 10 minutes of shoveling.My tenants are elderly and unwilling to do it, besides I heard exchanging tenant's service for cheaper rent is a disaster waiting to happen.What are my options?

They have very strict legislation that they enforce rigorously, which focuses on STRs that operate in residential areas (which at this point they will not issue a permit for unless you are an owner-occupant; existing permit holders are grandfathered in, until they get their permit yanked for one reason or another).
