Short Term Rental syndication

Hey BP!

I just wanted to jump on here to gather some data and do some recon. I know I need to be careful with how I even go about posting this, so I want to be perfectly clear that I'm not trying to directly recruit or advertise for any syndication through this post or thread. I am not a syndicator. But I do have an interest in it!

That being said, I'm just interested to see what investors or investor groups out there, if any, are already active and/or are starting syndications for larger Short Term Rental acquisitions? ("Larger" meaning anything over 8ish or 10ish units at once. All the way up to 50 or 100+.) I'm interested to get some info on how that would work, whether the same or different, from traditional syndications for long term rental assets. I'm an agent here in Nashville and STRs are a growing passion of mine. I have a great and growing network of resources here that could be of benefit to you if you fall into line with what I'm speaking to here!

Would love to talk or get any feedback/insight.

Thanks!

I've got several clients that do this both in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge market as well as the Nashville market. The nuts and bolts are pretty similar, only difference is that the management is a much larger moving piece than in traditional LTR syndications.
