Some are responsive, fair to LLs and easy to work with -- others are slow, difficult and maddening difficult to work with.  

They got in the game when rates were low and it was easy to find cashflow plays. 

😊CA is a pretty easy state to get wage garnishments, all the while interest in accruing on the judgement, and also you can get bank levies.

But I would agree with @Evan Polaski that it becomes easy - after all of your sponsor due diligence and alignment work - that you become tempted to think the deal offered by your vetted sponsor will be a "good" deal.

However, they are not easy to find where I live. 

I've been focusing on 1980+ or newer and Mahomet, IL which is the highest median income city in Champagin County around $115,000 with the top school districts in state (Chicago, Naperville, etc can sway statistics easy).
