Residents of Earth and nearby planets should avoid heading any advice.

Back in 2010, when the market was down, you had to aggressively look at the future and say that we are headed for greener pastures and the same applies today if you want to buy deals.

About a decade ago we left our hometown for greener pastures, which included selling the home we loved so much.

Don't get caught up in the grass-is-greener-on-the-other-side game.

We finally learned it is a fools errand and the grass isn't necessarily greener, just a different shade.
