yes  quite common.... clients tenants walk out a door and don't lock it.what i would do is make a little sign you put on the kitchen counter AGENTS make sure you check all doors etc and lock them all prior to leavingthat will gently remind them  and put please in front of it and thank you behind it be nice

After the completion of the project, if you read thru the documentation (excel - whatever) it should tell a story of how it started, all the twists and turns and how well or badly it ended.
