It has 3 levels, so me and my kids sleep on the top floor, the living and kitchen are on the middle floor, and there is laundry and rooms in the basement.I went ahead and furnished the basement, so it has a double bed, an air mattress, Smart Tv, mini fridge and mini freezer, a small loveseat and a small desk area.

New furnace, some A/C work, new washer, new dryer, new stove, new fridge, cracked main stack that we needed to replace a section of, one busted window to replace in the bathroom. 4 new blinds, 2 new ceiling fans, latch on the shed, some roof patching, new gate installed for the backyard, touch-up painting with colormatched paint throughout.

Before I add someone to the schedule, I prequalify them over the phone, including telling them all of the things that might turn them off (snow removal and lawn care on them, renter's insurance requirement, pet policy, no fridge or washer/dryer provided, etc), and then I ask them to email me the day of the showing to confirm that they'll be there.
