It would take an outstanding display of courage and fortitude for anyone in the current position of power to maintain or raise rates to "correct" or truly influence the current debt or fiat future outlook.

The advantage to MLS is being able to see properties where the listing agent inputs this in the "Private Remarks", which Zillow and other online sites do not display.

I could lease out the finished display ones at a daily rate or simply sell it.Were you going to do the builds yourself or did you have someone in mind that could do it?

The following fields ( purchase amount, current value and cashflow) should allow for display of numbers with thousands/millions  separator ( eg 20,000.00 format).Otherwise, the feature of ability to email this in  a pdf format is great.

I know an investor that tells me that he has worked with mortuaries to "tastefully" display his cash for homes in any condition advertising.
