An experienced ad ethical attorney would probably not be interested in trying to retrieve the costs of your debacle as it is hours in discovery that he would bill you for. 

A licensed realtor should be ethical but that's advertising and probably covered by free speech.

Ethically speaking, however, in many situations- a real estate agent could get themselves in legal trouble if they're not looking out for the best interest of their client. 

This was for a small fixer-upper 2/1 house in East San Jose, which was sold back in 2012.During the course of your real estate career, you will encounter a lot of situations, which would involve moral, ethics, value. 

She's straightforward and what you ask her as to be legal and ethical.

Oh, and wholesaling can be done in many, many ways ... some are ethical and some are not ... some are legal and some are not.

As far as the MLS, I doubt anyone will give you their user/pass and if they did I would recommend you question their business ethics.

Hustle like a wholesaler (mailers, drive for dollars, dial for dollars, build relationships, network, etc), but with the important ethical difference being that these folks are writing offers on properties that they actually intend to close and purchase, so they aren't lying to anyone and there really aren't ethical/legal concerns here.Find hidden units.
