Hustle like a wholesaler (mailers, drive for dollars, dial for dollars, build relationships, network, etc), but with the important ethical difference being that these folks are writing offers on properties that they actually intend to close and purchase, so they aren't lying to anyone and there really aren't ethical/legal concerns here.Find hidden units.
