We are looking to collect all the "hustler"investors in our area to share the enthusiasm for investing with each other and to promote investing to the Millenial generation.

Finally I will say, keep that enthusiasm, keep that energy, you will need it when something goes wrong or when you are struggling to find deals.

There are great, flexible brokers in every market that would love to have the enthusiasm and the potential business of an investor/agent.Some people think that technology will make real estate agents obsolete in the next decade.

I have also read many of the books recommended by the guests; I am receiving an amazing education fueled by my enthusiasm for taking on a new career path.Over the last 30 plus years I have been in the media production business: radio, TV, corporate video production and corporate A/V.

@Wesley MoraschI am happy you have enthusiasm to start investing in RE and I am even more happy for you that you have great capital to invest with.

I have now been at my current job for about 18 months and working here has further increased my enthusiasm and love for the world of real estate.
