Several of the shows I watch are based there, and in some of the areas, the possibilities seem endless.

The resources are endless - I personally like listening to podcasts. 

They are not going to come back endlessly to see if you will kick in an extra thousand bucks.It is always difficult to lose a property you wanted, especially for a personal residence.

You touched on some of the great aspects of this generously endless expanse of knowledge.

Unless your cashflow from your other properties covers the lot expense or you have a endless supply of cash I would be cautious.  

Be sure to utilize all the resources here from the podcasts, the blue bar above, 'search the site' box up top will lead to endless blogs and forums of times passed yet highly viable in the present +.

This is definitely a great source of endless information and networking possibilities.
