So obviously 0% is less than 6%.This is what people call a red herring which is to share one fact to distract from the relevant issue. 

Plans, goals, milestones, and steps along the way is what keeps you on the straight and narrow, and not get detoured by shiny objects of distraction. 

Moreover, it's a pretty significant, negative distraction.  

The area is booming, and starting to spill over into areas like Florence and Coolidge (where there is also a hybrid semi-truck plant in the works, btw).So, make sure that you aren't distracted by the shiny cheap acquisition price.

However, college can be very distracting, its just a matter of what you do with your time.

But most people will spend all their time distracted by the process, without gaining any leads.

Why have the dual distraction? 

Taking on roles for any other reason is actually distracting you from your end goal. 

Having time to train someone at the same time would have been too much of a distraction.
