@Connor O'Brien I don’t think you price it any different then if just marketing for a market renter.  

We looked at a couple different options as far as % downpayment and I figured I would refinance in the near future to help the payment get down lower.

I would pay once and then immediately look for different cleaners or subtract from year end bonus.
