(Like Mars Gold aka Mold) Martian IPOs are going to instantly rise and everyone on Earth who invested in the stocks market will be billionaires.

Any broken pipes have to be replaced but you should go through the additional expense of upgrading the entire plumbing system to pex because it is more resilient in cold temperatures.I know politicians and media claim the earth is heating, but I am expecting more cold weather in the next ten years and people should prepare for it.

That supply at some point comes back to earth with the price of lumber and building materials being reduced.It does seem plausible that we have a longer term change in demand simply because people can work from home.  

The rules of inflation taught in every business school on earth, in every econ-class to understand and quantify inflation, well the U.S> gov decided there not going to use any of that because it will look bad politically if they didn't. 

The comments here show a significant lack of understanding of what a net zero build out would look like.This is FABULOUS news for our city and earth.

Good news is by the time you get started in construction, numbers will probably be coming back to earth.
