He is a bit of a grump at times and I don’t agree with everything he writes, but he is certainly an expert in the field and will steer you clear of the usual guru crap that most people fill their brains with when they first get started.

This product is hard and textured and the adhesive is very good and I applied it over a crap floor with great results.
