Networking with other investors and attending local meetups can help you gain advice and opportunities.

I'll give you a couple of examples.

I have a live-in (22 year old son) rehab (pt Loma) starting Dec 1 if you desire to see the pre-rehab condition reach out to me a couple days before Dec 1.  

I have consulted with a few attorneys over the past couple years regarding this and have determined that for my own personal situation, umbrella insurance provides sufficient risk mitigation for my situation at this time.

I highly recommend listening to the podcast interview with the VP of Airdna either on BiggerPockets the past couple months or maybe it was STR secrets podcast.

What I did was after my sale was under contract and I was down to a couple weeks from closing I started shopping seriously and had my replacement under contract a couple days before my sale closed.

A couple other names not confirmed I’m still connecting the dots BUT are affiliated or at minimum names on many of these confirmed fraudulent documents but unclear their actual involvement.
