My main goals for getting into RE investing is that I'd like to retire by 40/45 (if possible) and have the freedom of not having to work for corporate America.Hoping I can learn a lot from this community and start my path for financial freedom!

Especially when working with a corporation like Lowes.

@Darren Lenick, I disagree that that the corporate entitles won't be much of a factor. 

It seems several apartment owners are hidden behind LLC's or other corporate entities.

It was from the closing company owner, it had their contact information, logo, and it was timed absolutely in line with the logical chain of events. 

I have a degree in Chemical Engineering and I currently work full time as a senior manager for a corporation down here, and I love what I do.

Families and corporate groups alike can travel in large groups driving a few hours away.  

Most if not all I've seen have lending corporations.

I have a corporate line of credit without one.

My husband works for our business full time as the general contractor, while I have maintained my position with a great corporation who has been my employer for 15 years.
