I appreciate the input and will take your information, recommendations, and advice to heart.

I believe they are under direction to make this as easy as possible, so don't have a heart attack when the usual red tape doesn't show up.  

There are not huge stockpiles of subprime loans being give to anything with a heart beat and spec builders buying at market or above while value increases within 4-6 months.  

I know this, not one person here can tell me definitively one way or the other what's really happening, and that's the heart of the problem for today.I can't even ****ing explain it.

This business is not for the faint of heart or the inexperienced. 

Hi Caroline, yes this madness struck me in the heart 2 weeks ago when one of my handy men texted and said "My restaurant has closed for 3 weeks, I will take WHATEVER work you have." 

If a tenant starts crying... please don't start crying...Oh my goodness...That's when my heart is even more deeply involved. 

To try to give them all free rent carte blanche would be a grossly irresponsible thing to do in my opinion.Sounds like you are a big-hearted person though.

First of all my hearts and prayers goes out to everyone that is being effected with what is going on...Now listen closely we are absolutely crushing it right now..The type of real estate deals we do are extremely useful in this time.
