They are unhappy with the color of the tub?

Well, color me seriously flattered @Andrew Postell and @Chris Mason! 

All units are cleaned well and some updates have been made to paint, flooring, bathroom fixtures, and 4 new windows.Here are the negatives: No central heating or air, built in 1946, the duplex is metered together & costs approximately $150 per month, there are small waves in the flooring in 1 of the bedrooms, no stove or other appliances yet added.My thoughts: Some of the numbers seem too good to be true but at the same time I can't help but see big rehab numbers if I need to get HVAC and ducts installed (this makes me the most nervous).

You have to do manual j to figure out the proper size furnace and air conditioning also need to make sure that your ducts are the proper size (cfm) for the new unit.

Imagine a business blue and light grey on matte black color scheme to match BP branding style.Please respond with any constructive feedback, encouragement and whether this is something that you would consider buying if the price point was between $50 - $80 dollars.

If you decide to rent the property without putting the estate through probate, then Georgia Law permits you get a court order to clear or "Quiet the Title" in your name, after 7 years, if you have "Color of Title"  (a deed) and if you continuously use the property as your own for those 7 years. 

You paint the whole house and they change their mind on color, and refuse to pay you twice for two paint jobs.

(I don't care about the paint color or how "out of date" it is.
