NASA is busy dreaming up "V" scenarios to push their Global Warming Climate Change agenda.

In this climate things have changed slightly but our approaching back to normal Pre-Covid Terms.     

Given the domestic political climate and numerous international factors I can't see real estate not being affected in someway.

Upon interviewing potential tenants, I would explain to them the current situation so that they know that some disorder and noise could occur during their first few weeks/months.  

But when I look at a new market I look at statistics like job growth, population growth, favorable(to landlords) political climate. 

Also, this is a pretty arid, desert climate, there are no floods out here!  

(well except for some of us pessimists who run around with warnings on multiple topics within)When I see questions that have the word "strategy" talking about investing in loans it usually has more of a root of today's market climate than that of the past.

So apparently they found another landlord okay with an enormous dog also, lol.BTW, I'm in the warm and sunny climate of New Orleans whenever you and your mastiff are ready to move ;), lol.
