It's a game changer when you can pop that up and in 5 minutes get a good idea of the condition of the roof regardless of the actual age.Since these three things are some of the most obvious capital expenditures you could be facing, it's always a good idea to get their age written down.

Experienced mentors or partners can be game changers.

Obviously, I am buying old houses (1910/1940), so I know I am going to be repairing more often, however to know what the numbers will look like (about) 3 years out would be a game changer for me!

Here are just a few tips or tricks of the trade that are often not gone over in detail but that can be a huge game changer in scaling a real estate portfolio.When you state "the vast majority of real experts in the industry believe" that "charging tens of thousands of dollars... is a scam," you show an uneducated bias.  

But for me, it's exciting to be part of something that MIGHT be a game changer.
