@Jason Mauldin As someone who has been fined for painting a cars in my parents' garage in high school, I can tell you this is not something you want to get involved in. 

Then, it's a closer look at credit to justify the lack of an adequate cash flow.I once had an applicant, rather rough looking, that had about 20 beer cans in the back of the car.

While others are "Cars have to be within 5.25 inches of the yellow parking line designating your parking space".I have a feeling if they have that in their Bylaws or rules you are going to have a difficult time getting it changed.

To build out the 2 car garage into a 1 bedroom apartment that I can rent out for approx $700.

There is a room for one car if curb can be made and little asphalt in the front of the twin (which is possible to do and still look okay).  

I have even flown to other states to meet with clients.. ( of course I had talked to them on the phone. but it was big enough timber deals that I wanted a face to face and whats 1k bucks in flight car and hotel if I was going to make a few hundred grand on the deal.. its simply the cost of doing business. as this is all I do .I never did not close the deal when I made this unique effort..

The property is a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath with a 2 car almost enclosed carport.  

It is being sold on auction.com and I almost went and knocked on the door because I saw a car in the driveway..
