Everyone who is on Instagram worked from home, which isn't a bad thing I have plenty of clients in my job of golf instruction who have made fortunes working remotely, but when they won't even meet me at a coffee shop to pitch me and want money over the phone or zoom, I immediately disconnect. 

and since investors LOVE to talk shop, they will happily engage and answer any questions you have.

It's a 7-unit shopping plaza, all units are rented to local/ neighborhood businesses.

You also need to stock the house with consumables such as coffee, towels, dish soap and body wash and shampoo etc.  

So I’m wondering if anyone has experience with other property investment friendly insurance companies with good rates before I start shopping around. 

I personally use a broker for my properties so they can shop around, unlike Allstate.
