Especially when you are trying to tell someone where to go, you can give them the sights, as to what is on an intersection when they have to turn.Yes I can see into my deck from there, but hey, you can do it if you just walk by anyway.

If you have wood frame windows, generally you can easily clean the dry latex from the glass with a 3" razor knife or just a 'raw' utility blade held at 15 degrees or so from the glass.I recently switched from the Titan gun to a Graco and it seems to work a little better.

In my county the rule is if you have 15,000+ square feet of rooftop, decks, concrete, etc (gravel is permeable) then you have to have a mitigation plan which includes ditches, drainage plans, and potentially detention.Your county clerk can typically refer you to the engineering department and other relevant contact to make sure you know all the permitting needed to get this going.
