I have had a particularly difficult time finding a landscaper that is willing to come out on a regular basis and maintain grass and flower beds.

My wife and I leave Tuesday for Colorado, my big birthday trip for the year!  

All the flowers that were planted in the front yard were gone.

So here I am, Okay, I just had another Birthday and finally realized that if I really want to do the things I dream about I really better get moving.

We are 6 ladies from different cities coming to celebrate our 30 year old birthdays!

After feeling like I was going in circles, this last month I decided to jump in and seriously start looking for my first property. 26 days later I signed my first contract and it happened to be on my birthday... almost like it was some sort of sign haha.

A week and a half ago we made and offer on a property, after that silence until I reached out to her on Sunday and was told that she can not talk because she is at a Birthday Party.

Depending on the amount of painting and cleaning required, a unit might not be able to be placed in service until painting or cleaning was complete, but you could reasonably place a unit in service with old door locks, no flowers, and a non-functioning garage door opener. 

Plant some perennial flower beds and some flowering trees.
