Hi everyone, my name is Will and I thought it was about time that I become an active member of bp. I’ll start with a little about me. I’m a recent college graduate and have a job for a small building controls company in town (Tulsa). I became interested in real estate about a month before I graduated so roughly 5 - 6 months ago. I’ve spent the last 5 months studying how to find deals, buying right and get them funded. After feeling like I was going in circles, this last month I decided to jump in and seriously start looking for my first property. 26 days later I signed my first contract and it happened to be on my birthday... almost like it was some sort of sign haha. Anyway, I’m very excited to start this journey and would love to start expanding my friend group and meet some motivated people!
