People do not behave like computers.My No-flexibility issues are 3#1 Pay me, and pay me on time.#2 Respect, and take care of, MY property.#3 Do not disturb, or infringe on the rights of, the neighbors.The rest of the issues that come up are generally minor, though multiple minor issues can add up to one major one, and then it's time to call it a day for me.Best advice ever is month to month.
