Some other costs were like exterior building paint, asphalt etc. which we could have skipped but exterior is what prospective tenants see first, so it become essential to take care of it to bump up the rents...

The streets in 75% of the subdivision are not finnished with the top coat of pavement, and I have been told that they will not until the whole subdivision is at least 80% compleete.
