A few things I've learned...Do they keep the kids under wraps; quiet and minding with calm, stern parenting.Do the adults talk with each other vs arguing or ignoring each other.Do they trash talk their last landlord or owner?

When closing the call I let them know that I will do a full credit, criminal and background check on the adults.

Anyone with an adult child under 26 who can stay on their parent's (privately paid for) plan should be equally thrilled.  

Not sure why they haven't bought a house, seems like 4 adults could save up and move out after that amount of time.

Hey, I'm a young adult who has been studying up on turnkey properties and the pro's and cons of owning one, studying the various markets that offer said properties and so on.

The place will look like a gypsy camp.So I politely told him $20 per adult to apply.

i'm figuring out skype and am going to buy a webcam today or tmrw...being the cheap, simple guy i am, i dont want anything special or confusing....just decent quality at a decent price..any advice??
