i was wanting to know how many of you hire a GC to do your rehabs so you can let them deal with the head aches a and let you do your job of finding deals?

I already work in internal medicine and plan to do real estate on the side (selling minimally) to family and friends for flipping purposes.

I'm also hoping to retire at about 40, but I haven't yet been able to figure out how to minimize my exposure to health risks enough yet (provided that medicine doesn't get socialized or something by then).

Also, about 5 miles from this area is a fairly famous sports medicine hospital that draws professional athletes from all over the US, not an expert here, but I'd say it's more than a regional draw on that one.   

Looks like they have a low 50¢ per transaction for ACH/bank transfer and checks.
