Anything less, likely needs some rehabbing, or is on the smaller side.As you go down the map of Jersey City- to Journal Square, McGinley Square, Bergen Lafayette, the prices get progressively lower. 

Lincoln Park is pretty amazing and it's very well maintained.Bergen Lafayette and Journal Square/McGinley Square are both getting crazy with prices and JC Heights is probably the most desirable and the most expensive.

Business Journal also probably has local edition in your area and is often a great source of business news, including real estate.
