AJI'm rather new at this and trying to get a better grasp on the financial calculations.

Im new to this wholesaling game, no properties on contract yet but have a good grasp on how to do numbers to make a deal.

It simplifies the learning curve as you build up a contractor team, figure out a rental software, get a grasp on tracking expenses, etc.The MFH market in Kalamazoo is really tough. 

I'd rather have a firm grasp on my money until I have a business plan drafted for my first real estate investment (outside of my purchasing my own home early next year).I'd love to get some feedback from veterans and those alike about this subject.Thanks,Carlos

And just because we “sell a product” does not me that we don’t look out for the best interest of our clients or that we don’t a strong grasp of the concepts to which we speak.

Something a lot of people don't grasp. 

I understand the basics and have a pretty good grasp, I think, of how things go but I would love it if someone would be willing to help me out through things if I have some questions or concerns.

I've been talking to a few Brokers and looking online to really understand specific steps that needs to be taken for someone to rent, but I still haven't got a good grasp of it.

I'm getting a good grasp of everything as I am very analytic.
