I live just outside of Dallas, Texas and I tend to believe what Michinori said but I would add certain other cities like Chicago, Dallas, Cleveland, and Atlanta.  

Would be interested in learning about any syndicating opportunities in Dallas if there is an opportunity.

I did a quick search and found that Dallas has requirements for landlords to provide some sort of cooling for tenants. 

I have several friends that live in Austin but I live just outside of Dallas, Texas. 

@Yuvaraj Vimawala I own a lot of duplexes and some SFH in Dallas and here is my advice:I send a repair person within 24 hours if the temperature is more than 80C.

I am interested in Waco, TX, College Station, TX, Dallas Fort Worth area and any other good upcoming areas in Texas. 

I've spent the last couple months listening to Bigger Pockets, getting to know my local market (Dallas), and researching financing deals and other processes.

I am actively seeking new deals on rental units - preferably multi-family - however it seems like every time I work with my realtor on the MLS deals get snatched up or too much competition out there (at least in the Dallas TX area).
