I could say great things about it all day but what it really comes down to, with ANY route someone takes, is the effort and belief they put into their craft. 

And one of the biggest questions to resolve is what should they do when a call does not fit one of the directives you’ve crafted?

But then I gave it more thought, and what’s even more ironic is that...most architects are so preoccupied with their craft that they fail to see the what their clients are doing right under their noses...Developing buildings to make money!  

Instruct replacement property escrow to craft a new note and mortgage (same terms & conditions) to be the new first mortgage.

I do know podcaster/investor Pace Morby sells a program with all of his attorney crafted contracts/novation agreements included, not sure the cost. 

It has it's own brewery (Bulldog), a craft beer bar, the Mascot Hall of Fame, and escape room opened here this year.The houses here will need more work that just your basic flip, but a lot of the newer construction is being sold for upwards of $225k-$250k.

I would suggest learning from a respectful professional’s approach to their craft when responding to a post, such as @Jake Alger’s post above, than trolling through posts to only inform people that they got what they deserved if they didn’t use a buyers agent. 

It's already started turning over (micro brews, craft coffee, restaurants, etc.).
