Interesting idea, but I doubt that will happen, depending on what condo complex it is and he probably wouldn't like the interest rate.

Lot of apartment complexes around the area used to have a waiting list so that's a good indicator on renters in the area.

Especially when it comes to more complex or niche topics I would prefer to have a specialist I can meet with online vs a generalist I can meet in their office.
