Was hoping for an update before Christmas.

Certain things can look great getting into and then you get there and it is not exactly what you thought it would be.Being a landlord you have to ask yourself if you are prepared to evict a tenant at Christmas or other holiday for not paying their rent??

Let me know when the best time to meet up with you will be, I know it is going to be tough after this Friday as Christmas is just around the corner, and A lot of the Real Estate investors I talk to have already began to check out and start Christmas early.

@Carol Scott in my opinion, wholesaling a subject to is just asking for problems.

If you have a major argument over something, will you still "merrily" sit down for Thanksgiving/Christmas dinner? 

@Casey Murray since I started this thread I settled on OOS and flying out to Columbus right after Christmas!

The latter option may make sense since a lease expiring between Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Years will mean the tenant is less likely to move.
