I get specialty ones on Amazon cloud as they are not readily available in bookstores.

What is best for you is difficult to define.Consider a visit to the bookstore and review the books there.

Nothing Down (I started with this book)Weekend Millionaire (for those who have a day job so limited time to invest)and almost anything else that catches your eye.Go to a large bookstore and browse.

He has a good podcast that explains the basics and he has a good book "Long Distance Real Estate Investing" in the BP bookstore that is very good.I manage around 300 rentals and most of my owners are out-of-state investors.
