Can I hold off on this repair for now and just purchase some 2 to 3 prong adapters for each outlet?

My realtor has shown me multiple potential properties within my budget and some of the properties are townhouses which I am not against.Should I switch strategies and adapt if the deal and cash flow numbers look positive?

For the past few years I've worked with a large NY developer and am now opening shop in Pittsburgh where I'm originally from; I'm going to focus on adaptive re-use of old buildings for creative office, multi, etc. as well as true value-add multi complexes that have significant rent bump potential. 

It will be interesting to see how universities adapt as the vaccine gets more widely distributed. 

Investments to improve the grid and adapt to a changing environment will be made, and costs of living will necessarily rise to pay for it.
