Cheers mate,I've said it so many times before.Who is not happy from within, will never be happy with anything or anyone else.Many unhappy folks look for a victim, be it in their personal life or a business.Like a drug to an addict.They thrive on drama, disputes, problems, arguments, etc...Simplicity, common sense, higher moral thinking aren't an option.Procrastination, fear, complexity, disagreement, doubt, jealousy, greed, etc... is what drives most of their psyche.I've had thousands of investor calls over the years and can literally predict exactly what to expect based on demographic, culture, nationality, age, etc... and by listening to the questions.But sometimes, I read it wrong like in this instance. 

Record $1.1 trillion in credit card debtthe total mortgage debt is more than double the 2006 peak and total credit card debt is up 50% since 2020.Also delinquency rates on credit cards and auto loans just hit their highest since 2008.The National anthem for the working class is now:"I owe, I owe so off to work I go". 

The plan for the loan may be unethical and illegal.Is the property expected to appreciate more than the national average? 

The leverage is reduced to 70% LTV for a first timer foreign national. 

The thing is people want to go here to have access to the national park.

Disrupting the industry and offering low income housing to alleviate the nation's housing crisis?

Perhaps the biggest reason of all: Housing pricing have been on the decline for 8 years (national averages) and many would-be buyers are afraid that prices are going to continue moving down.

@Stephanie Younger I am a national development director and have interviewed and screened literally hundreds of contractors for virtually any and all trades that you could possibly imagine.  

Personally I would recommend that if you want to learn more about stocks, search around and find an investment club that follows the NAIC (National Association of Investment Clubs) investment guidelines.
