I'm by no means a 20 year veteran in RE, but I do have some experience and have had people reach out to me using various approaches, falling into 1 of 2 categories.

This would be a whole another kind of learning curve, but I can't see paying $122/door in Charlotte for $950 blended weighted rent.

This is my first question on the forum so I hope I'm adding it to the right category…I am partnering with my brother in law in purchasing and building a vacation rental house.

It might carry more weight if you keep it coming from others-can you get her personally involved more?
