Hi Everyone,After listening to as many webinars and podcasts as I could fit into each day for a month, I have begun trying to find my niche and analyze my market. 

There's also a weekly webinar that's been pretty spectacular.

Look for meetups in your area (virtual) on Meetup.com or FB Groups, attend free webinars, start reading as much as possible on any and all topics related to investing and real estate.
