We are paying $500 a month  for a property manager but it's been two months or more and the house is still not ready for rental.When a house/ property is vacant what is the normal negotiation for most property managers?

It can get what I call wear stains where people sit or lay their heads so that coating will keep that at bay.Start keeping an eye on Craigslist, FB marketplace and OfferUP for good used furniture. 

They want to have tight control of which team is introduced to work with and do not allow sharing of info among members.

Hey @Aman Kumar, we are full time real estate investors from Northern Ontario.

We are small but doing big things.What others are saying about syndications is spot on and it should share investors to death.

We are closing on our first rental next week and have been looking for a CPA to help with the tax filing.

As lenders, we are biased toward leverage for many of the reasons already mentioned. 

On the other hand, we are 90 minutes from Chicago, which is nice if you have the big city itch on Saturday night.
