One of the themes I heard over and over was when an investor was asked or volunteered what their biggest regret was, their answer was almost invariably the same - Their biggest regret was selling anything ever.They wish they would have never sold a thing.Your house has some great cash flow, its relatively new so your maintenance should be pretty good as well.
