I am new to this and am looking for some guidance.

With the guidance of our mentor and coach, we're in the process of interviewing VAs to help us double our agent business while continuing to expand our portfolio.At this point, I don’t think we could scale any further without additional help. 

Just a thought but I think this could be valuable to the right people.

Labor costs are 20-30% higher than my core market in Denver, which was very surprising to me, which makes finding a PM that has in house maintenance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC very valuable.
