The thing that would put it over the top, is when it gets a fully editable and printable scope of work builder, along with the ability to edit some of the other forms.

The new year is right around the corner and I thought it might be interesting hearing what some people's top goals are for next year. 

If you have just one unit it's not too hard to keep track of payments, you can do it for free in Excel or Google Sheets, you just have to stay on top of it.

But I'm also going to visit the other resources you mentioned. 

I have a lot of respect for Marco as I find him to be extremely thoughtful, intelligent and a tremendous resource for Real Estate Investing and investing in general.
