There is a big difference from your typical re-glazing, I like to call Ekopel 2k re-casting as it's that thick (1/8th inch) and so strong it last 10-20 years oppose to re-glazing that last 1-4 years at max costing $500 and your back doing it again!

Thick coats also exacerbate the problem.

Yes, I agree you need to have lots of self confidence to do sales and a thick skin to accept rejection.
