I didn’t realize that one insurance broker can apparently block another insurance broker and take over their quote?  

I do realize some margins are tight but a minute of lost sleep to me is worth more than $1k.  2 minutes of lost sleep is worth more than $2k.  

However most people don't realize that a hotel is basically MF with a high turnover rate.
